Dear Friend,

Many greetings from Dénia in the precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As every year, we have students in our school 'Alfa y Omega' from 14 to 16 years who would like to practice their English in countries where it is spoken and stay with Christian families. Our students come from a nominal Catholic background and don't practice any religion, but staying with evangelical or Baptist families usually creates an openness and helps them in their relationship with the Lord. The date when they can travel is in the month of July 2005. Would it be possible to find a family with this purpose to have a young man or woman in your house?

We started this experience last year and it was very positive for our students who came back with a beautiful impression to have lived together with families that practiced their Christianity. That means that this experience has also a missionary aim.

Another very wonderful ministry opportunity is for Christian young people, age 18 or older, to spend up to a year as ministry volunteers with the Spanish Baptist Union. Spanish language is not a necessary requirement. The work will be determined by the length of the visit (from a week or two up to a year), but may include teaching English, construction, camp counseling, maintenance, and more.

In most cases room and board is provided. The volunteer is responsible for travel and insurance to and from the field. For more information, contact Steve Manuel.
