If you have elderly, widowed, or needy people in your church who could benefit from having their houses cleaned, yard work done, or other related chores, please contact Cheryl Nester, headmistress at NCSB, 540-587-5423 or email her at headofschool@ncsb.org. Mrs. Nester will compile a list of requests and have students meet as many needs as possible.
The April 8th work day is a part of NCSB's Spring fundraiser, The Stella Golf Classic and Work-A-Thon. Students obtain support from sponsors and then work at various locations throughout Bedford assisting those in need. All students will have adults supervising their work groups. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the NCSB scholarship fund. For questions or more information, please use the contact information above.
