Possible Options for the Association (con't)
Option 1
Churches and pastors unreservedly commit to support the current full-time Associational Missionary, staff, and cooperative ministries.
Option 2
Seek out another missionary to whom the churches and pastors could confidently and unreservedly support.
Option 3
Rent out some of our office space.
Option 4
Sell the property, invest the proceeds, and use the investment to provide rented office space and supplement a full-time missionary, staff, and ministries.
Option 5
Sell the property, invest the proceeds, and use the investment to supplement a full-time missionary, staff, and ministries. Office space may be in a church and/or virtually from the homes of the staff.
Option 6
Seek out a part-time missionary.
Option 7
Dismiss the Administrative Assistant
Option 8
Sell off the property and join a sister association for missionary help.
Option 9
Fall back to where Strawberry was before a called missionary served allowing volunteers, committees, and an Administrative Coordinator to carry the administrative/record keeping side of things. When a missionary is needed, allow each church to seek out assistance from a state convention.
Option 10
Dissolve the Association.
Option 11
Do nothing.
