Hunting Creek collected $729.26 for the Annie Armstrong Offering for North American Missions, exceeding its $600 goal. The church collected 456 packs of seeds for Liberia.
Mount Zion ordained Randy Board to the Deacon ministry on Sunday morning, May 25. Steve Manuel assisted by giving the charge to the church. Pastor Ross gave the charge to the candidate. Deacon Don Hunziker read from 1 Timothy 3 and Deacon Abner Orange prayed the ordination prayer. Randy and his wife, Debbie, live in Thaxton with their daughter, Jennifer. Debbie teaches youth in Sunday School and Discipleship Training. Randy also serves as the church's Sunday School Director and MissionKids leader and has recently enrolled in Liberty Bible Institute.
North Bedford's Annie Armstrong Easter Offering totaled $16,239.

Taught by Mrs. Ann Rogers, accomplished musician and piano teacher and a long time friend of Trinity Baptist Church. Cost is $10 per class or $35 if you pay in advance.
