Rainbow Forest will host a regional music and worship conference Sept. 30-Oct. 1. Although details are still being formulated, scheduled guests include Evelyn Conner Ministries, Mindy Spurrier (www.mindy.cc/), Larry Pierce of www.g3worship.com, Chris and Carole Beatty (www.vocalcoach.com), plus others. The conference will begin with a night of worship on Friday, Sept 30, at 7:00. Volunteers willing to learn the music are welcomed to participate in a worship leading choir. Workshops will be held at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 1. Cost of the event will be $20 which will include continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Shady Grove will be holding "The Jungle Adventure: Discovering God's Love" VBS, August 1 through 5, from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon. This VBS is open to all ages from Nursery through High School.

Recently, Staunton sent 45 witnessing bracelets for Ocoee Resort Ministries in Cleveland Tennessee. Youth from the church went to South Hill, WV, on a mission trip, July 3-8. A team of five will be on mission in Romania in October.

Jack Deans will conclude his pastorate at Terrace View on July 31, 2005.

Trinity will have a Homecoming Celebration on August 21st. The special morning worship service will feature Rev. Gale Lyon as guest speaker and will include special music. This will be followed by dinner on the grounds. Everyone is invited!
