We also will be passing out literature related to the work of our Association and churches in the Bedford area, but we need your help. You must supply us with the flyers that you would like to make available to the people regarding your particular church. This information will be categorized by communities and distributed at the booth, so if you want someone to know about the ministry your church offers, please be sure to get the promotional flyers to us right away.

We are also inviting any group from our churches who would like to take part in evangelism to please contact Rita Calhoun at "acvaowlsnest@aol.com or 297-5271. You may also call the Association office. This is so we can properly coordinate the efforts through the Evangelism Committee. Youth groups, evangelism teams, Sunday School classes, and individuals can walk among the multitude sharing tracts and a brief word of faith to those interested. Others may like to organize prayer walks on the 28th to pray for the 12,000 to 15,000 people who will fill the streets. Is this a chance to be seen and get the word out to the unchurched or what!!

In the days to come the committee will be contacting others in your congregation to help man the booth for an hour or two during CenterFest, volunteer in the office to get the handouts ready, and help with some of the material needs we have. Please encourage your friends to plug into this wonderful opportunity to let the entire county know who we are and how much we care for them.
