Kathy, a registered dietician, will conduct a hands-on workshop in the kitchen. Entitled "Healthy Cooking for Southern Comfort Food," the emphasis will be on making southern food healthy and nutritious.
Items need for the Baby Changing Station at CenterFest are:
Changing table (borrow).............Rocking chair (borrow).............Waterless hand cleaner.............Baby powder (travel size).............Baby lotion (travel size).............Trash cans and liners.............Baby diapers (all sizes)
Unused items will be divided between the Crisis Pregnancy Centers in Roanoke and Lynchburg. If you can help, please contact the SBA office by September 13.
