Please note: Only SBA officers are automatically messengers—all other messengers (including pastors) must be elected by their churches. Names of messengers should be returned with ACP info or entered at your church's SBDS website by Monday, October 13. A catered meal will be served at 5:30 p.m. (Cost is $10.00 per person.) The menu is: oven fried chicken, beef barbecue, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, green beans, corn pudding, dinner rolls, assorted desserts, sweetened and unsweetened tea, lemonade, and coffee. As a matter of courtesy, the clerk (or another individual) from each church should call a meal count in to Bedford, 540.586.9564, no later than Monday, October 13.
