Annual Meeting Reminders! (con't)
During the Memorial Service, each pastor or a church representative will read the names of members who have died during the past year. (These will be a part of the Book of Reports.)
Business includes:
- Report and recommendations by the Missions Development committee.
- Bylaws revisions to be voted on (see the top of page 51 of the 2000 Annual Report).
- Adoption of budget presented below.
- Election of officers, department directors, and committee chairmen.
