The following will be presented for election for 2008-2009:

Copies of the 2009 Proposed Budget were distributed at the Called Meeting of the Executive Board on September 30. Those who have been elected by their churches to serve as messengers to the Annual Meeting may want to get a copy from their pastor or executive board representative.
A catered meal to be served at 5:30 p.m. (cost is $10.00 per person.) will include oven fried chicken, beef barbecue, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, green beans, corn pudding, dinner rolls, assorted desserts, sweetened and unsweetened tea, lemonade, and coffee. As a matter of courtesy, the clerk (or another individual) from each church should call a meal count in to Bedford, 540.586.9564, no later than Monday, October 13.
Annual Church Profile info was distributed in August and is due back by Thursday, October 9. Please contact the association office with questions or if you need assistance.
