On Saturday, November 10, 2001, 9:30a.m. - 12 Noon, church WMU directors and the associational leadership team will meet for brunch and a time of planning at the home of Rebekah Overstreet. (RSVP to Rebekah by November 7.)
WMU Dues ($2.00 for each member of Women on Mission and consultants for age-level organizations) are due now for the 2000-2001 year. Checks should be payable to Strawberry WMU and mailed to Mrs. Jeanette Southall, 2306 Old Farm Road, Lynchburg, VA 24503. Please pay BEFORE November 17, 2001.
On Tuesday, October 30, 2001, Strawberry WMU was honored as the recipient of the 2001 Faith-Based Award presented by Bedford Domestic Violence Services. Following the presentation at Bedford's Centertown Park, a reception was held at the Domestic Violence Services office.
