From Esther (con't)
In addition to support and encouragement from the fine people in denominational offices and SBA churches, I've always been able to rely on special folks who've volunteered their time to help with monthly newsletters, Books or Reports for the Annual Meeting, Association Annuals, etc. On a personal note, my husband, John, and our daughter, Laura, and her family have pitched in to help whenever and however they were needed.
Monday, October 24, was a special blessing. I appreciate so much the time and effort that went into the recognition of my twentieth year with the Association. The corsage was lovely. (I wore it to the office the next day—now I know why office workers don't wear corsages at the workplace!) Feel free to stop by the office to see the framed "Certificate of Appreciation" which will be hung in the reception area. Last, but certainly not least, I'm very grateful for the extremely generous check. These tangible expressions of caring are even more meaningful because they are backed by your faithful encouragement and support.
Thank you for the privilege and opportunity to partner with you in ministry.
