Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! —Matthew 21:9
“This is my body which is given for you…. This is my blood. It is poured out for you...”
He was wounded for our transgressions.…
Like a lamb that is led to the slaughter...so he opened not his mouth.
“I am the resurrection and the life….”
...He was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures.
“I have overcome the world.”

The one hundred twentieth Annual Meeting of Woman’s Missionary Union of Strawberry Baptist Association, held with Bedford Baptist Church on Saturday, March 21, 2009, is now history.
We thank Bedford Baptist for the use of their facilities. Their planning, preparation, and gracious hospitality meant a great deal to the success of the meeting. Thanks, also, to Dr. David Henderson for blessing us with a devotional based on our theme, “Called To Love,” and taken from Matthew 22. Special thanks to Allyne Jones, pianist, and Jimmy Jones for leading the singing and for providing special music.
Copies of the 2008 Annual Report of the Strawberry Baptist Association are now available. We would appreciate it if someone from the following churches would come by the office to pick up their copies: Big Island, Diamond Hill, Glade Creek, Mountain View, Rainbow Forest, Walnut Grove.
