Nov 5-6, 6-7 @ EE WMUV Retreat. Topic "On the Wings of Laughter" with Kay Dekalb Smith. Women's Rally/WMUV Annual Meeting Saturday, Nov 6, 2:00-3:30pm. For info on the breakout sessions call the Association Office or Rebekah Overstreet at 586-2956.

2004-2005 State Children s Project The Bland Ministry Center distributes food and clothing to many families each week. They are encouraging the children's mission groups across Virginia to sponsor an UNDIE SUNDAY. Underwear size 2 and up sent to: Bland Ministry Center, P.O.Box 211, Bland, VA 24315 if using Postal Service. If using UPS, Bland Ministry Center, Hwy 52, Bland, VA 24315.

Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women: P.O.Box 1000, Troy, VA 22974. They are looking for toiletry kits, greeting cards, stamps, stationery and special focus on Christmas Cards. Delivery dates are Oct. 1-Nov 19. Kits should include: 1 gallon zip-loc style plastic bag with a hole punched in it, 1 16oz. Shampoo, 1 16oz lotion, 2 full-size bars of soap, 1 individually wrapped toothbrush, 1 full size toothpaste, 1 full size deodorant, 1 non-mechanical pencil. The Strawberry Association WMU Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 27, 2004 at Sedalia Baptist Church. This year's theme was "Arise, shine; for your light has come…"

The meeting honored GA's through the decades. Former and current GA's were our special guests for this GA 90th Birthday celebration.
